Training wheels, who needs 'em??

This is my Max, isn't he cute? Look at that mischievous little grin! He's such the little dare devil, must be a boy thing. Earlier this Spring his cousin tried to teach him to ride his bike without training wheels and I have to say for a 4 and 5 year old they did really well.

Now that it's October, Scott and I decided for Family Night we would teach him how to ride. Ha ha, I say we would teach but he jumped on and took off like he'd been doing it for days. Days aren't bad for you first try.

He rode for about a mile and never had a bad crash. When he starts to fall he jumps and lets the bike fall. It's great fun to watch. This crash was posed for the camera!
